Refund Policy — Turboair

At Turboair, your satisfaction is our priority. If, upon receiving your product, you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or a refund under the conditions below.

Deadlines

  • Not satisfied with the product: up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Visible damage upon delivery (broken glass, missing parts, scratches): notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos or a short video of the product and original packaging (with the shipping label visible). After this period, the issue may be considered misuse.

Note: If you prefer to unify the manufacturing-defect warranty to 90 days to match your prior Exchange & Return Policy, I can update this document accordingly.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

  • Returns are not accepted if the item has been altered (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).

Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, you may choose:

  • Exchange for another product available in stock; or

  • Refund of the product price.

Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email turboaireacondicionado@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the request.

  2. Attach photos or a video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue and the original packaging with the label visible.

  3. You will receive return instructions (address and return code, if applicable).

  4. After we receive the item, we will perform a quality inspection and notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the quality inspection is approved.

  • Credit card: the refund may appear within up to two subsequent billing statements (depending on the card issuer).

  • Processing times may vary by payment gateway and bank.

Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery (manufacturing defects).
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) or photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging (shipping label visible).

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked screen, scratches, dents).

  • Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

  • Attempts at repair or modifications.

  • Improper use of accessories.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, battery degradation).

  • Stress tests not recommended by the manufacturer (impacts, water exposure, pressure).

Turboair does not provide in-house technical service nor maintains authorized assistance centers.
